OJSC Oil company “Rosneft” obtained a license for the study, inclusive of prospecting and appraisal of the minerals, exploration and production within the boundaries of the Nemchuisky subsurface site, located on the territory of the Qatagan district (Irkutsk region), runs the company’s statement.
