Fall in oil price to $25 not to be a catastrophe for Russia

The fall in oil prices to $25 per barrel wouldn’t be a disaster for Russia, but it would be able to lead to a weakening of the ruble, said the head of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina.
