Russia maps out to increase oil deliveries to China by 9 million tons. This amount must be enough to start the implementation of the joint project of the Tianjin refinery, the Russian Vice Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said on results of the meeting of Chairmen of the Russian-Chinese commission on cooperation in the energy sector that took place in Beijing,RIA Novosti reports.
