Date, when the production at the largest sea field Kashagan in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea will start, hasn’t been determined yet, head of KazMunaiGas Sauat Mynbaev stated on Tuesday.
“There is uncertainty concerning the Kashagan field. Costs continue to take place and they are not compensated since October 1 of 2013.
