Russia: gas pipeline rates not to increase

Pipeline rates will be kept down, as there was signed a resolution, which enables the reduction of expenditures for gas transportation. The document has been placed on the web site of the Cabinet of Ministers. It was prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

As it is said in the note document there are rules, which define the size of a rental payment, terms and conditions of its introduction for the lands, which are in ownership of the Russian Federation. The rental payment for the federal sites of land is calculated in accordance with the rental rates or recommended practices for its calculation, approved by the Ministry of Economic Development.
