Russia:Gas tariffs not to grow

Gas tariffs will be controlled, because decree, which provides reduction of Gazprom’s costs for gas transportation, was signed in the Government. The document is published on the Cabinet’s web-site. It was prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

According to note documents, there are Rules to determine amount of rental charge, as well as order and terms of its payment for plots that are property of Russia. Payment for federal plots, granted for placement of roads, railway infrastructure, underground, transmission and telecommunication lines, oil and gas pipelines is calculated in accordance with rates of rental charge or methodology instructions, approved by the Ministry of Economic Development.
