Russneft and new oil project of Gutseriev Neftisa, separated from Russneft, may start procedure of reverse merger.
In the period of separated work in 2013, Russneft paid debt that prevented its development and M.Gutseriev could consolidate a company, bought shares from AFK Sistema and Sberbank.
