But with the delay the project faces fines.

France's Total for the first time cautiously admitted the possibility of postponement of the commissioning of its largest project in Russia - "Yamal LNG". According to the plan gas liquefaction plant must be commissioned by 2017, but will reach its full capacity only by 2021. Rescheduling threatens violating the terms of the funds loan from the national welfare fund (NWF) and contracts for the supply of LNG. However, the shareholders of the project and sources of "the Kommersant" in the government believe that no changes will occur, although there is still no clarity on raising funds for "Yamal LNG".
