Rosneft to grant Vankorneft a loan in the amount of 93 billion rubles for two years

The Rosneft’s Board of Directors has decided to approve a deal to provide an interest-bearing loan in the amount of up to 93 billion rubles to Vankorneft for up to two years, Rosneft reports.
