In 2014, the financing of Transneft’s investment projects amounted to 136.8 billion rubles, the volume of the financing of modernization and reconstruction amounted to 196.6 billion rubles.
In 2016-2020, it is provided to allocate 445.8 billion rubles and 1.066 trillion rubles respectively for these purposes. This is stated in the materials of Transneft, published on February 24, 2016.
