The authority of Sakhalin region hold negotiations with investors on speeding of construction of a mini-plant on the production of liquefied natural gas, the regional governor’s press-service stated.
“Sakhalin region Development Corporation” is going to undertake 85% of expenses involved in the realization of the project on a repayable basis, while private investor “PSK-Sakhalin” LLC – another part.
