Novak: new meeting of OPEC on freezing of oil production to take place in March

The issue of freezing the oil production may be considered more specifically in mid-March at the meeting of heads of the Energy Ministries of OPEC and countries outside the cartel. Russia intends to take part in it. This was stated by the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak.

"As far as we understand the OPEC countries plan to hold the meeting of Ministers of OPEC and non-OPEC states, and plan it in mid-March. And there some solutions can be recorded in some joint statements, joint papers, and so on," - said Novak.
