Lukoil is ready to participate in tender for Nasiriya deposit only in alliance, the President of the company V. Alekperov says. Lukoil is going to broaden operation in Iraq, and Zarubezhneft is going to restart operations in the state for the first time since 2003. The companies have passed through qualification under the project for the development of the Nasiriya deposit and an oil refinery's construction. Their competitors will be Total and CNPC. The Iraqi authorities have been looking for the partners for the Nasiriya project for the last 3 years.
