Rosneft has partially paid off its credit for the purchase of BP-TNK

Rosneft has partially paid off some its credits for BP-TNK purchase raised with the international banks’ consortium. The source for the premature payment was the optimization of Rosneft’s assets portfolio. Concerning the payments executed in December 2013 – March 2014, the total debt paid off within the period for the credits for  BP-TNK purchase reached $10.6 billion. The chief of Rosneft I. Sechin claims that the company constantly monitors its assets portfolio for the upgrading and improving of efficiency.
