6 largest petrochemical projects in Russia require financing in the amount of over $40 billion
The needs in financing of the six largest projects in the field of petrochemical in Russia now exceeds $40 billion, the Kommersant reports.
In conditions of low commodity prices petrochemical companies manage not only to stay afloat and to show a significant increase in the production, but also to raise funds for the implementation of major projects, which if used properly, will help the Russian economy to reduce the dependence on raw materials.
In the coming years, the industry has a good chance of the further development. Oil and petrochemical companies have begun construction of new high-performance enterprises, and neither low oil prices, nor sanctions have noticeably affect on the pace of the implementation of the most advanced projects.
