The order of the Russian Vice Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich on abolition of the program, allowed private companies to participate in the shelf development, doesn’t change alignment of forces between oil and gas producers; the best sea sites have been distributed between state companies already, analysts say, commenting on the mass media’s message about new initiative of the Vice Prime Minister.

Let’s recall, it became known today that A.Dvorkovich ordered some Ministries to work out in detail and present proposals on change of the continental shelf law, coordinated with state companies-subsoil users – it was proposed to exclude the state program of the shelf development, with which the Ministry of Nature tried to achieve the participation of private companies in the development of offshore deposits.
