Legal issues of “South Stream” to be solved before the end of 2015, V.Chizhov

The legal matters of the gas pipeline “South Stream” might be solved before the end of 2015, the Russian Ambassador to the European Union on EU-Russia relations, V.Chizhov said.

“South Stream” is being built for the supply of Russian gas to the countries of South and Central Europe bypassing the Ukraine. It is to go via the water area of the Black Sea to South and Central Europe. Commercial supplies were expected to start in the first quarter of 2016, while the gas pipeline reaches full production in 2018. RIA Novosti reports.
