Alrosa’s Supervisory Board to approve annual report and make a decision on general meeting

The meeting of the Alrosa’s Supervisory Board will be held on April 28, 2016. It is planned to pre-approve the annual report and financial statements for 2015, as well as an auditor to inspect the consolidated financial statements. This was stated by the company's press centre.
The Supervisory Board will also decide on convening and agenda of the annual general meeting of Alrosa’s shareholders, as well as recommendations to the meeting’s participants on distribution of profits, amount of dividends and payment procedure by result of the company’s activity in 2015.
