NefteChemService to receive government assistance at the construction of Yaisky oil refinery

The authority of Kemerovo region is about to grant JSC “NefteChemService” a remission of property and profit taxation for a period of one year in a part of a regional budget . The company started the second phase of construction of the first stage of the Yaisky oil refinery.
