Total oil extraction at the ACG block from the start of development in November 1997 until April 1st 2016 made up 393 mln tons, the first Vice-President of SOCAR, Kh. Yusifadze, said.
218 mln tons of this volume is profitable oil from Azerbaijan. From the start of development (1997) 118 bln cubic m of APG were produced at the ACG block.
Daily 90 thousand tons of oil and 36 mln cubic m of APG are produced at the ACG block, he said.
In Q1 2016 the extraction at the Azeri, Chirag and deep water part of Gyuneshli made up 8 mln tons of oil, 66% or 5.3 mln tons of which was the profitable oil from Azerbaijan, he said.
