The Deputy Prime Minister Arkadiy Dvorkovich made a welcoming speech at the Plenary Meeting of the Fifth International forum "Big Chemistry", which opened in Ufa on May 21, 2015.
In his speech the Deputy Prime Minister focused on the issue of import substitution in the chemical industry. "We have formed the basic plans for import substitution. Now is the time to form the specific projects, consortia and identify tools of state support for the implementation of these projects.
