Transneft raises tariffs for the export of oil products

From June 1st the tariffs for oil products transportation by the system of “Transnefteprodukt” will change. The main change is the reduction of tariffs for fuel transportation within the country and rise of tariffs for export, a representative of Transneft said. The goal is to support the economy of Russia: the growth of tariffs inside the country escalates the inflation but export supplies don’t influence on it.

For example, the cost of transportation in the direction of the Kirishsky oil refinery plant (Surgutneftegas)-Pulkovo fell by 20% to 316.1 roubles/ton, Ryazan oil refinery plant (Rosneft)-Domodedovo – by 7% to 385.4 roubles/ton. The tariff for fuel transportation of the Yaroslavl oil refinery plant (Slavneft) will now be 976.5 roubles/ ton (+22%), from the Moscow oil refinery plant (Gazprom Neft) – 1,447.9 roubles (+7.5%). The average tariff by the system will rise by 3.5% (it should not exceed 70% of the tariff of RZD). The change of tariffs for the domestic market and for export separately is not released.
