“Transneft” is about to invest 15 bln roubles into import substitution

“Transneft” plans to invest 15 billion roubles into import substitution before 2020, company’s president N.Tokarev said in an interview.
“Last year we spent 3.5 billion roubles on import substitution programme and we will invest another 15 billion roubles before 2020,” Tokarev said.
