Modernization of Atyrau oil refinery to be over in late 2017

The first plant to complete the modernization will be the Atyrau oil refinery plant, the Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan, K. Bozumbaev, said. He said that 3 oil refineries of Kazakhstan provide up to 70% of gasoline to the domestic market and thus the dependence on the import makes up 30%. To fully satisfy the need of the domestic market in oil products made in Kazakhstan, the plants undergo modernization now.
