Ulyukaev: Gazprom can redeem its ADR's from VEB without risks for its investment program

The Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev has seen no risks for the investment program of Gazprom in the event of redemption of its shares and ADR from Vnesheconombank (VEB).
"Gazprom has the opportunity to do it (to buy back its own shares and ADR from VEB) without amending the investment program. There are opportunities of borrowing, refinancing. Its ratio of the debt / EBITDA is wonderful; this is a first class borrower. So, I don’t see any risks for the investment program of Gazprom," - said Ulyukayev.
