The court to consider the appeal of "Rosneft" in the denial of access to pipeline.

On Thursday Fifth Arbitration Court of Appeal (Vladivostok) will continue to consider the appeal of "Rosneft" in the decision of the lower arbitration which refused Russia's largest oil company in the lawsuit to the operator of the "Sakhalin-2" project - the company Sakhalin Energy (50% plus one share owned by "Gazprom") for access to the gas pipeline, owned by the project.

In May previous consideration was postponed at the initiative of the court "due to the need for further investigation of the case".
