The State supports oil and gas exploration in the Arctic, and considers its development profitable even at current oil prices.It was said to reporters at a press conference by the deputy minister of Energy in Russia, Kirill Molodtsov.
As an example, the deputy head of the RF Ministry of Energy shared the economic performance in the Varandey and Prirazlomnoe fields. According to Molodtsov, these projects face current market conditions.
