LLC "RN-Bitum", a subsidiary of JSC "NK "Rosneft" and PJSC "SIBUR Holding" (hereinafter SIBUR) signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of application of modern building materials with polymers in road construction. Document was signed by Director General of "RN-Bitum" Pavel Sterzhanov and the Managing Director of SIBUR Mikhail Gordin.
Under the agreement the parties will develop a package of measures to address the problems of import substitution and stimulate domestic consumption of polymer-bitumen binder in the road sector.
