The 5th Arbitration Court of Appeal of Vladivostok on Thursday left unchanged the decision of the Arbitration Court of lower instance that rejected Rosneft’s claim against the operator of Sakhalin-2 – Sakhalin Energy on giving the access to the gas pipeline belonging to the project.
