Another explosion at the gas pipeline Baku - Tbilisi - Erzurum in Turkey adds pessimism to shareholders of ShakhDeniz.

On the evening of August 24, 2015 about 20 armed militants produced a simultaneous explosion from 2 sides of the main gas pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum (BTE).

In August 24th, 2015 the Governor of the southeastern Turkish province of Kars Mr. Özdemir confirmed this again.

The explosion occurred at the main pipeline site again passing through the Yabasan village in the Sarikamis district in the province of Kars.

Mr. Özdemir again blamed Kurdistan Workers' Party (KWP) for the attack.
