Extraction of hydrocarbons grew by 7.7% in Nenets Autonomous Area

The volume of oil extraction grew by 7.7% in the Nenets Autonomous Area in Jan-July 2015 against Jan-July 2014, the regional Agency for State Statistics reports.
In Jan-July 2015, 8.3 mln tons of oil were extracted in the Nenets Autonomous Area, including gas condensate.
Hydrocarbons extraction in July 2015 exceeds the volumes in July 2014 by 12.6%.
The rates of oil extraction growth in Russia in July made up 2.1%, in Jan-July 2015 – 1.4%
In general the volume of industrial production in the Nenets Autonomous Area in July 2015 is by 12% more than in July 2014.
