On Tuesday, Rosneft reported that it has agreed with Enel about purchase of 40% in Arctic Russia B.V., which will provide indirect ownership of 19.6% in SeverEnergia Ltd.The amount of the transaction is $1.8 billion. The deal will be completed after the approval by the regulatory authorities. Rosneft’s subsidiary Itera is the acquirer of the shares. It is the center of gas assets’ consolidation as a part of Rosneft.

Mr. Timchenko claims that they have suspensive conditions, according to the data presented in Rosneft’s announcement.
