New capacities of Kirishi oil refinery can be launched before the end of the year

The chief of Surgutneftegaz V. Bogdanov says that the new capacities of the Kirishi oil refinery can be launched before the end of the year. They expect that the acceptance commission approval at approximately the 15th of October. The company will remove any possible defects reported by the state commission.
