In 2017 China intends to implement a project for up 5 million tons of Russian oil.

The implementation of the Russian-Chinese "Amur" project for cleaning and transportation of the petroleum products is scheduled for 2017. It is expected that the volume of transportation will be 5 million tons per year.

"Our efforts are focused on the import of electricity and petroleum products. We will build a refinery in the Amur region. This project has already been ratified by the government authorities of both countries", - Gian Enlyan, the city of Heihe Mayor, informed during the presentation.
