D. Firtash has been deprived of Volnogorsky GOK

Capital reports that yesterday the state United mining chemical company (OGHK, Dnepropetrovsk) has taken control over the Volnogorsky GOK, one of two titanium combines leased by Crimea Titanium of D. Firtash, having armed with the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, and having used some physical efforts.

The analysts claim that the combine makes annually around $200 million of net profit. The chief of OGHK R. Zhalilo says that he succeeded in taking control over Volnogorsky GOK that used to be held by Crimea Titanium. As of today, it operates at the enterprise the inventory commission represented by the Fund of State Property of the Ukraine and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. It audits the property of the combine to set it to balance of OGHK. The staff write the applications for transition to the state company. The director of the Volnogorsky subsidiary of OGHK A. Storchak has come into office.
