"Transneft" and "LUKOIL" to begin the construction of the oil products pipeline from Primorsk to Vysotsk.

In November 2014 "Transneft" and "LUKOIL" plan to start the construction of the oil pipeline from Primorsk to Vysotsk, Vladimir Nazarov, the vice-president of "Transneft", stated at a press conference.
According to him, the construction of the oil products pipeline is scheduled for completion in a year. "LUKOIL" will cover its funding.
As Nazarov stated, it is planned to transport up to 1.5 tons of diesel fuel per year with a subsequent increase to 3 million tons. However, the maximum level of the oil products pipeline will be released after the completion of the "North" project in 2018.
