The uniform system of oil products accounting will start operation in Kazakhstan from 2017, the Deputy of the Parliament, the member of the Committee for Ecology and Subsoil Use A. Muradov says. The system will enable to monitor and control oil at all stages, from production, transporting and processing up to importing to Kazakhstan. In 2014, they are going to found the National operator that will elaborate and introduce the system, and then use it and report the information.
