Amur gas processing plant to be built in the same style of Tobolsk ZapSibNeftekhim

Amur gas processing plant, the project of Gazprom, will be built after a fashion of Tobolsk ZapSibNeftekhim, the News-Blagoveshchensk reports.

A platform for the future plant for processing of natural gas is being prepared in the Svobodnensky district. The Amur gas processing plant, which will be one of the largest in the world, will start to be built in a year. It is planned that will the raw materials processing will start in 2019. The Amur plant will operate like the Sibur’s project ZapSibNeftekhim, the construction of which began in February 2015. Units, equipment and pipes at ZapSibNeftekhim will be placed in an area of ​​460 hectares, which is about 650 football fields. It is planned to start the production at the complex in 2020. The future enterprise is built not as units, but as a united complex. The works are carried out at four sites concurrently. The most important project is a pyrolysis furnaces, from which a chain of hydrocarbon processing will start.
