Gazprom not to apply take or pay condition to Naftogaz in winter

In the period of the new" winter gas package" for the Ukraine - from October 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 - Gazprom won’t apply contract terms take or pay to Naftogaz, the Russian holding company reported on Friday.
