Khanty-Mansiysk district to add 5% to Rosneft's production

Rosneft's fields in the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous region may produce about 13.2 million tonnes of oil by 2021, according to government documents of the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous region-Yugra.
