New horizontal wells put into operation at Tsarichanskoe deposit of Gazprom Neft Orenburg

The first three horizontal wells with the total daily yield making up 615 tons of oil were put into operation at the Tsarichanskoe deposit of Gazprom Neft Orenburg.
Multistage hydrofracturing was conducted in the wells.
Oil extraction is conducted by mechanical means.
The unique character of the works at Tsarichanskoe is conditioned by drilling of horizontal wells in Devonian bedding known by complexity of development.
The use of horizontal wells with multistage hydrofracturing is one of the main methods to extract hard-to-get reserves.
