Bashneft’s Board may be extended to 11 persons

The Bashneft’s Board of Directors can be expanded to 11 persons, the Federal Property Management Agency reports.
The Agency proposes to maintain the current composition of the Board in 2016 corporate year and "to fix the position of the feasibility of increasing the number of the Board’s members to 11 members".
According to the Federal Property Agency, the Ministry of Energy and Bashneft itself speak for the expansion of the number of the Board’s members.
