Rosneft has paid 10 bln roubles to Trican for its affiliate

The amount of the deal on the purchase of “Trican Well Service” Ltd (a Russian service affiliate of Trican Well Service) made up 10 bln roubles ($150 mln).
Rosneft completed the deal on August 20th.
On August 14th the parties signed a framework agreement and the accompanying agreements on Rosneft’s purchase of 100% in Trican Well Service which renders services in Russia on the use of high-tech loading systems aiming for the growth of oil recovery of layers a the development of traditional oil and gas reserves.
