An anti-crisis plan of Russia will leave Rosneft with no money from NWF

The money from the National Welfare Fund, first of all, will go for anti-crisis plans and then to infrastructure projects. Vedomosti writes on January 26th, citing the federal officials.

The authority is about to refuse projects, which were approved financing from the National Welfare Fund. There will only remain those, where there are private investors, ready to increase the share.
