Two independent directors might enter Bashneft’s Board

Two independent directors might enter the new Board of Directors of Bashneft, Rosimuschestvo reports.
The Board of Bashneft suggests the following candidates to the new Board of Directors: managing director of “Audit-Group”, B. Loboshin, and managing partner of “Linii Prava”, A. Novakovsky. Both candidates are suggested by the Association for Protection of Investors’ Rights.
