In 2015 the index of polymer goods production in Russia decreases by 5%.

Last year the index of production of finished goods made of polymers in the Russian Federation decreased by 5% compared to the same period in 2014. The biggest fall in output was in the construction sector, according to MRC with reference to Rosstat data.

In December, despite the seasonal factor the production of goods from polymers has grown by 5% compared with the November index, the main growth was provided by the local producers of polymer membranes. Overall, the year on year production index of polymer products decreased by 5%, a negative result was recorded in the construction sector, in particular, from the producers of plastic pipes and windows.
