On January 29th, Tatneft’s Board to discuss convocation of annual meeting of shareholders

At meeting on January 29, the Tatneft’s Board of Directors will discuss the convocation of the annual shareholders' meeting, the company reports.
The agenda of the meeting also includes questions about the results of the Tatneft’s budget implementation in 2015 and approval of the budget for February 2016, about the outcome of the Internal Audit Department activity in 2015 and approval of the working plan for 2016. In addition, the Board will discuss the composition of the Tatneft’s Board and the implementation of programs on the geological study of Domanik and bitumen deposits in Tatarstan.
