Oil production in Novosibirsk region to reduce by 21% in 2016

Oil production in Novosibirsk region will reduce to 305 thousand tons in 2016 (-21% y-o-y). They stated about it in the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurial Development of the region.
They name depletion of deposits to be the reason of reduction. Water breakthrough also complicates production. This factor increases the prime cost of oil. Regarding new bore holes, an estimated oil volume is not confirmed.
