Rosneft and TNK-BP got dividends from a JV VCNG

“Rosneft” and TNK-BP got dividends from a joint venture “Verkhnechonskneftegas” (VCNG) in the amount of 17.4 billion roubles ($580 million), is said in a statement.
The payment has been done upon a decision of an extraordinary general meeting, which took a decision on a payment of interim dividends in December, following the results of the company’s activity during 9 months.
