This week, the Ukraine decreased the consumption of Russian gas three times. This information was confirmed by acting Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Eduard Stavitsky, explained the situation with warming.
Experts note that the Ukraine reduces the gas consumption, because it can’t pay for it.
